What are your hours right now?
During the COVID-19 pandemic we have reduced our hours to Mon-Sat 9:30 to 6pm and Sunday 11 to 5.
How can I place an order for curbside pick-up?
If you only have a couple items on your shopping list, feel free to just give us a call and we can do it all over the phone.
When will I know I can come pick up my order?
We will contact you when your order is ready for pick-up. If any part of your order is not in stock at the moment, we will contact you same day to discuss your options.
Can you help me if I just show up at the shop?
Absolutely. We are currently allowing a limited number of people into the shop at a time, but typically there's either no wait, or a very minimal wait, to get in. Our staff will be perfectly happy to assist you.
How do I know what you have in stock?
There's no great answer here other than to call us, but you might want to check out our "Pointy" site, which shows about 2/3 of our inventory and is easily searchable. You can find it here.
Can I shop online with you?
Yes, we recently joined forces with one of our major distributors to offer you an online shopping experience. We are currently working on updating the site so it more closely represents our shop both in inventory and attitude. We focus on fine art supplies that have been curated with you in mind. We are both adding items currently not on the shopping site that we stock in the store, and we are also removing items from the online site that we feel are not representative of our in-store inventory.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts for all teachers, and any art students taking either college courses or art classes from any one of our local art schools. Proof of enrollment will be required.
