SHIPPING POLICY

Within our local area we typically ship USPS Priority Mail for next day service on all orders placed for merchandise currently in stock in our San Mateo shop. For larger items that don't fit into USPS Priority Mail standard boxes, we are unable to ship.

RETURN POLICY

We're hopeful you thoroughly enjoy your purchase from California Art Supply, but if for any reason you're not pleased, we're here for you. If you'd like to return or exchange an item, just bring the product back to the store within 10 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please make sure the product being returned is in new and unused condition, and in its original packaging. Certain items such as books, seasonal items, and some markers are considered "non-returnable". Other items may receive a restocking fee.
