Within our local area we typically ship via Roadie for same day service or USPS Priority Mail for next day service on all orders placed for merchandise currently in stock in our San Mateo shop.


We're hopeful you thoroughly enjoy your purchase from California Art Supply, but if for any reason you're not pleased, we're here for you. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product from us, please notify us within 30 days of receipt of mdse and we'll immediately correct the problem. If you'd like to return or exchange an item, you're welcome to contact us via phone or email, or just bring the product back to the store within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please make sure the product being returned is in new and unused condition, and in its original packaging.
